a week spent in new zealand
Okay, so it's taken me a while to get these up on the blog since our return from New Zealand last month; but better late then never hey!?
Emile and I took a very spontaneous trip to Wanaka, New Zealand in June after my Dad had some points on his timeshare that were about to expire. We absolutely made the most of the opportunity, thanks Dad! We spent the whole week in absolute awe of the beauty of this world and both agree that this is the most stunning place we've ever visited. Every corner we turned took our breath away.
We basically milled around Wanaka and Queenstown, taking it very slow with lots of drives, seeing the sites and stopping by few vineyards along the way, of course! There was plenty of exploring to do for one week, with lots of walks/bike-rides to be done, food and drink to be enjoyed and photos to be taken. We stayed at the Ramada Resort and hired a cheap car from Jucy. It was the perfect getaway.
Here are a couple of highlight photos we took on our trip, if you'd like to see.
